Oral pouch foreign-body control combines prevention, detection, removal and investigation across ingredients, blending, pouch formation and packing. A finished-can detector cannot compensate for damaged screens, loose fasteners or poor line clearance. Private-label buyers should ask how the OEM controls physical hazards at each stage and proves that reject systems work.

Specify sieves by function, not habit

The chosen mesh should remove foreseeable contamination without changing the validated particle-size distribution.
